Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and all between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of dedication and hard work, I probably wouldn't even share my journey. Given the chance to live a better life I wanted to try my best to please them and was focused on my success. It was my plan to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure an employment that was good. And then I wanted a wife and kids. I figured that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time and energy in exchange for a salary when I knew I had a destiny. When I began to navigate my way through a different career path, I discovered I was destined to work as personal trainer. I enjoyed working out, I liked being social and I loved helping others. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. My mission in this field is to help create a sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my clients. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. My career was beginning to grow, I was struck by the most devastating loss of my life: my mother's death. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always keep her in my thoughts and my heart. It is amazing how life will teach us the exact lesson we need, even when we do not realize it. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for the better. In my opinion, I was given a second chance to live my the next stage of my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to embark on a new journey which gave me my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. My 30's are the first that I truly feel like I am alive. My experiences are shared with you so that I can share with you my experiences and thoughts. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of achieving anything you want in your life. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the best wealth. It is my prayer that you experience life at your best and never have regrets when it comes to the end of your life. We are the only certainty in life.
